This collection is based on sienito CVL Monchique, natural stone originated from the geological massif of Monchique Mountain (Algarve, Portugal).
The use of this natural resource (lithosphere) promotes a new orientation towards the use of low embodied energy products.

Urb concept offers architects and planners a global urban design and architecture solutions, using natural stone, which includes benches, waste receptacles, drinking fountains, bicycle racks, tree surrounds, flower pots, boundaries/barriers, outdoor tables and cycling benches.
This equipment is able to interact with pavements, kerbs, steps, gutters and other accessories in sienito CVL Monchique due to its common, modular and integrated language.
Dimension and Scale
With Urb Concept it is possible to transversely connect the street floor to the facade of the building.

Sienito CVL Monchique (geological name: Nepheline Syenite). It is a distinct and rare natural stone, unique all over the world. The quarry also is proud of their methods of extraction, avoiding the use of explosives. Sienito CVL Monchique is a base for art, design and fundamental element for collaboration between people and space, man and earth.
