Onyx Black
A rich and deep black, not only on the surface but through and through. High quality clay mixtures guarantee a permanent light fastness and this special bold brilliant colour.
Pearl White
A special mix of clay using Kaolinite ,Illite and Quartz . Kaolinite e.g., used when manufacturing porcelain. This guarantees the perfect white, the absorption of water can now be reduced to less than 2% by burning the ceramic clinkers under very high temperatures, the white remains white.
Moonstone Grey
The final precious stone in the solar range, a true grey brick that compliments the Onyx and Perl. A smooth and dynamic surface, allowing design thoughts to partner such materials as steel, glass, wood or even concrete.
Knowledge
150 years of experience combined with raw natural materials and clays that are between 25-40 million years old from the first sedimentation period found in the Westerwald, meaning it is basically free from Iron.
In the manufacturing process the main core ingredients such as Kaolinite, Illite and Quartz are ground to minute particles this helps produce perhaps the smoothest finish on any brick available today, by burning these ceramics at enormously high temperatures allows the ultra fine smooth texture to be achieved.
